1. The service
Cypher provides software for display management, pairing, and content workflows. Features and availability may change as we ship improvements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials, accurate registration information, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use via Contact.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service to violate law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits. We may suspend access that poses risk to the platform or other customers.
4. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Uptime and fitness-for-purpose should be defined in a separate enterprise agreement if you need stronger commitments.
5. Governing law
