  • What is Cypher?

    Cypher is display operations software: pair screens with codes, manage layouts and rotation, and publish text and media so your fleet stays in sync with what marketing and ops intend to show.

  • How do I pair a new display?

    Sign in, open Devices, and follow the pairing flow with the code shown on the display. Once claimed, the device appears in your list with presence so you can confirm it is online.

  • Can I update content without visiting each screen?

    Yes. Author items per device from the dashboard and push updates over the network—built for menus, promos, and signage that change often.

  • Who is Cypher for?

    Teams running digital signage, menus, kiosks, or internal screens across one site or many—especially when marketing, facilities, and IT all need the same picture of what is live.

  • Where do I get help?

    Use the Contact page for product questions, or your internal IT owner if your organization runs a private deployment. We aim to respond to inbound requests within two business days.
