Account details you provide (such as name and email), authentication events necessary to keep your session secure, and operational data generated when you manage devices and content—so the product can function and so you can audit activity.

We use this information to run the service: sign-in, device pairing, content delivery, troubleshooting, and to improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

3. Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution—unless a different schedule is required by your organization's agreement.

4. Your choices

You may update profile information in the app where supported, request export or deletion subject to law and legitimate business needs, and contact us with privacy questions via the Contact page.

5. Updates

We may revise this policy as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated in-product or by email; the "Last updated" date below should be kept current.
